San Diego Earns Top Pick Status - Again!

San Diego www.sandiego.gov
One of our longtime favorites, San Diego’s dynamic web site just keeps getting better and better. Multi-year financial forecasts, a sex offender map database and crime maps, live webcasts of city council meetings are just a few of the site’s noteworthy features. The site’s current design includes banner-type “ads” for highlighted pages of the site, a categorical index of content (Community, Leisure, Services, Information, etc.), and frequently updated city news and special announcements. The site’s “Weekly Web Feature” showcases a different agency, service, or city web page each week - and illustrates the wide-ranging audience to which the site appeals. One week, for example, took an in-depth look at the city’s wastewater system, while another week focused on city city golf courses.
