The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority has announced that it will begin posting quarterly reports measuring fiscal performance against its budget beginning in April. These reports, intended to show the public that the authority is keeping close tabs on its coffers, will be in addition to the quarterly reports that show expenditures and revenues in comparison the same period a year earlier.
