After several months of testing, Disclosure USA, the Central Post Office for secondary disclosure documents, has officially opened its doors. The Post Office, which serves as a conduit between issuers and repositories, receives the documents and indexes them before forwarding them on to the Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repositories (NRMSIRs) and state information depositories.
